Shipping options
You choose one of two options at checkout. The price is per order, not per item.
- Standard: £2.49 in the United Kingdom, $3.49 in the United States, €2.90 elsewhere, delivered in 10–15 business days.
- Priority: £4.29 in the United Kingdom, $5.69 in the United States, €4.90 elsewhere, delivered in 7–10 business days.
If you shop in another currency, you pay the converted amount, shown at checkout.
When your order leaves
We ship every order within 24–48 hours (business days); the delivery times above include this. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are counted from the next business day.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow the delivery on our Track your order page.
Customs and import charges
Depending on the destination country, import duties or taxes may apply. If they do, they are collected by the carrier or by the customs office of the destination country, not by us.
Delivery problems
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Refund Policy or email us at wodhaus.contact@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
If your tracking has not moved for several days, or you have any other question about delivery, email wodhaus.contact@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
