Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on wodhaus.com. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

wodhaus.com is an online store for functional fitness equipment and apparel. You can reach us by email at wodhaus.contact@gmail.com.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We sell equipment and apparel for functional training, such as jump ropes, resistance bands, ab mats, sandbags, grips and training clothing. Each product page describes the product, its sizes and its options. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Please use every product as described on its page and in its instructions, and train within your own limits. If you have a health condition, ask a doctor before starting a new training programme.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on the product page and in the currency you select. Shipping costs are added at checkout, before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the amount you pay us.

Depending on the destination country, import duties or taxes may be collected by the carrier or by customs. These are not included in our prices.

If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Ordering

When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is formed when we send this confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a product is out of stock, we will tell you by email and refund any amount already paid.

6. Payment

You can pay by card or by PayPal through Shopify's secure checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Shipping options, prices and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Every order is tracked and you receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times are estimates; if your order is late, email us and we will look into it with the carrier.

8. Returns and right of withdrawal

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, including the hygiene rule for sealed items. Return shipping is paid by you, except when the product arrived damaged or is not what you ordered.

9. Damaged, wrong or faulty products

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photos, as explained in our Refund Policy. We will sort it out at no cost to you.

You also keep all the guarantee rights that the consumer law of your country gives you for products that are faulty or do not match their description.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering products that match their description. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by using a product in a way that does not follow its instructions, or beyond its stated limits. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or removes rights you have as a consumer.

11. Customer service and complaints

Customer service is by email only, at wodhaus.contact@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours on business days. If you have a complaint, write to us and we will try to resolve it with you.

12. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law

If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page on the day you placed it.
